West Coast Prime Meats is a USDA inspected and certified facility. We employ our own in-house, fully trained sanitation team using the latest CIP and innovative wash down equipment. Our plant is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily with pre-operation verification by our Quality Assurance team and verified by daily USDA inspections and environmental swabbing testing.

Through HACCP and strict regulations enforced by the USDA Food and Safety Inspection Program, we test both our products and processes to ensure safety and cleanliness. Specified and random testing is conducted by our Quality Control team to ensure only the highest quality products are being delivered to you.

All of our major suppliers are pre-screened and all product is inspected once unloaded at our dock. Only through intense quality control measures can we ensure consistent quality in our products that we pride ourselves on and, have built our reputation upon.
