We are proud to present our first cookbook, West Coast Prime Meats Cooks, which contains more than 100 delicious, meat-centered dishes.
Assembled from the recipe files of many of our talented customers in Southern California, Nevada and Hawaii, West Coast Prime Meats Cooks offers the home cook not only recipes but also restaurant lore, preparation tips and meat-cutting tutorials. From beef to burgers to pork, lamb and seafood, the cookbook represents the products we sell and more than 50 of the chefs we serve.
There is more to the cookbook, however, than just delectable roasts, steaks, sautés and barbeque specialties. Sales of West Coast Prime Meats Cooks will also brighten our injured veterans’ holidays, because $5 from each book sold will go to the Wounded Warrior Project and the Gary Sinise Foundation. Those two esteemed charities provide invaluable help to our most critically wounded war heroes.
West Coast Prime Meats is a wholesale center-of-the-plate specialist, distributing quality proteins to many of the finest restaurants, hotels, universities and markets in Southern California, Nevada and Hawaii. Created in 2011, our company calls Brea, Calif., home.
